Sonaer's low flow spray atomizer nozzles focus micron and sub-micron droplets onto small parts from various viscosity solutions with very little overspary. Nozzles come in two styles, flat and wide spray tip. Nozzles are ideal for focusing droplets with our Pin Point Spray Shapers and for extra low solution deliveries. Controlled coatings are obtained from these nozzles making it easy to adapt to many applications requiring thin uniform films. The nozzles are lightweight making them attractive with robotic coating systems. Nozzles are available in lightweight black aluminum (special order) or stainless steel case with stainless steel inner feed tube. Micro feed tubes are available for delivering micro liter volumes, available in stainless steel and PTFE fluoropolymer. Nozzles can be configured with spray shapers for pin point sprays and wide sprays giving the user more control over the coating application.
