Sonaer's PTFE fluropolymer micro feed tube is specially designed for agressive fluids that cannot contact stainless steel for medical type environments. Solutions are completely isolated for sanitary or chemical reaction reasons. The PTFE tube attaches at the rear of the nozzle and is inserted directly into the orifice. As the liquid is injected through the micro feed tube it is atomized into fine droplets by the titanium tip end. This PTFE tube is for all atomizer nozzles with .030 and .040 orifices. Flow rates are usually less then 1ml/min, but higher flows can be used. Order P/N SMF-FLUORO-30 for nozzle with .030 orifice and P/N SMF-FLUORO-40 for .040 orifice |

Sonaer's stainless steel micro feed tube is specially designed for lower flows. Altough micro feed tubes operated below 1ml/min, higher flows can be used. Solutions are completely isolated from ultrasonic energy until they reach the tip end where it is atomized into fine uniform droplets. Availabe for all atomizer nozzles with .030 and .040 orifices. Sonaer's dual micro feed tube is for solutions that are highly reactive and can only mix for a very short time. The dual micro feed tube has two ports, one at the top and one along the side.
